The second incident happened shortly after 9 a.m. yesterday when officers were alerted to a woman disturbing multiple businesses on Redwood Highway. The third incident took place at 11:36 a.m. yesterday when officers responded to a disturbance near the corner of NW 6th Street and Hillcrest Drive.
