Caveman Football Middle School Camp
Caveman Football's Middle School Camp, for Grades 7 and 8, will begin Tuesday, August 12th and run through Wednesday, August 13th at the GPHS Track Field from 6pm – 8pm. The cost is $20. Register on Caveman Football's Facebook page using the QR code or register the night of at the campus.

American Council of the Blind of Oregon Luncheon

Perseid Meteor Shower Watch Party
The Siskiyou Field Institute invites you to the Perseid Meteor Shower Watch Party, Saturday, August 16th, at 1241 Illinois River road in Selma. From 8:30pm to 11pm, enjoy this free event laying under the stars and hearing brief talks about the shower from the Grants Pass Astronomers Association.

Trail Life USA Boys Outdoor Program
Troop OR-1910 is having a Trail Life USA Christ-centered outdoor program for boys ages 5-17 at the River Valley Redwood Campus, 2193 Midway Ave, on Thursday, August 21st. Walk N' Roll: Parade of Superheroes
C U Later's 4th annual "Walk N’ Roll: Parade of Superheroes" event is Saturday, October 11th at Twin Creeks Park in Central Point from 10am – 1pm. Family Registration is $20 pre-sale or $25 on the day. 100% of proceeds go to Asante's Pediatric Infusions. Come dressed as your favorite superhero, enjoy food, win prizes, and help make a difference.

RVHS Murder Mystery Dinner
Join the Rogue Valley Humane Society for a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre at Cartwright’s Taprock Northwest Grill on Friday, October 24th, from 5pm – 9pm. Tickets are $80 and can be purchased at the Rogue Valley Humane Society. Space is limited!

Senior Self Defense Classes
The Rogue River Community Center is teaching Senior Self Defense Classes at the Rogue River Annex, 138 Broadway Street, in Rogue River. They are held Saturdays from 11AM until Noon, and Tuesdays from 7:15PM – 8:15PM. The Instructor, Santa JD Barron, is a 4th degree black belt who will teach you how to defend yourself with a walking cane, plus hand-to-hand combat techniques. Call 541-821-7464 for more information.
Southern Oregon Amateur Radio Club
Southern Oregon Amateur Radio Club meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Fruitdale Grange, 1440 Parkdale Dr. Starts at 6:00pm and is open to the public.
Second Friday Poetry Reading
Grants Pass Museum of Art, 229 SW G Street is hosts their Second Friday Poetry Sharing every second Friday of the month from 7pm to 9pm. These events are free to the public and all are welcome to come read or just listen to poetry. Donations are welcome. Fruitdale Grange Monthly Bunco Group
Fruitdale Grange, 1440 Parkdale Drive, is hosting a monthly Bunco group on the 4th Friday of each month at 5:30pm. Please bring a snack to share. Cost is $10 Per Person and all must be 18 years old to attend. For more info text 541-660-4435.

We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to noon, at 888 Rogue River Highway in south Grants Pass.
