Alijah Zauher had four hits, five RBI's and threw two and a third scoreless innings in relief to earn the win for the Mustangs. Hidden Valley improves to 7 and 3 overall and 3 and 0 in the Skyline Conference.
The Lady Stangs improved to 3 and 0 in Skyline Conference play with a 23 to 3 win at Mazama.
Illinois Valley lost to Lost River, 12 to 2 in Cave Junction yesterday. The Cougars drop to 5 and 2 on the season.
The #5 Oregon State Beavers beat Portland, 11 to 8. Jacob Kreig and Wilson Weber each had three hits, and Noah Ferguson threw an inning and a third out of the bullpen to earn his first win of the year for the Beavers.
The #18 Oregon Ducks lost to Sacramento State, 15 to 8 last night in Eugene. Drew Smith and Chase Meggers both had two hits in the game. The Ducks drop to 22 and 9 on the season.
