Cavemen Open Post-Season Play at Beaverton
The Grants Pass Cavemen will open the 2024 State Basketball playoffs on the Road against Beaverton next Tuesday at a time yet to be determined. The OSAA froze the boy’s rankings last night and Grants Pass Statewide ranking improved to 26th. The Cavemen are shown in second place in conference with an identical 7 and 5 record with South Eugene, but the Cavemen hold the tie breaker with the Axe.
The Lady Cavers statewide ranking dropped to 14th but the girl’s rankings don’t freeze until 10 tonight. The Cavers are still in a position for an opening home game next Wednesday. KAJO will provide play by play coverage for both the boys and girls through the playoffs.
