Grants Pass Police jailed a woman on a statewide felony warrant early yesterday after she stole beauty products and cleaned herself up in supermarket restroom.

The Police Department reports officers arrested 28-year-old Cierra Shay Powers at Safeway on SE 7th Street on Tuesday at 7:42 a.m..
