Food Delivery Vehicle Passenger Snared for Punching GP Taco Bell Employee

Grants Pass Police arrested a man for punching an employee of a southwest-city fast food eatery while riding in a delivery vehicle.

According to the Police Department, officers responded to a reported assault at the Taco Bell in the 1600-block of Allen Creek Road on Saturday around 1:18 a.m..

Police said a Taco Bell employee called 9-1-1 to report being punched by 24-year-old Trebor Samuel Robert Oden after a dispute over an order. The caller advised the suspect was a passenger in a Door Dash vehicle. The worker sustained an abrasion to his face, but he refused medical treatment.

The Oregon State Police located the suspect vehicle near Redwood Park on Dowell Road a short time later and called in Grants Pass Police who took him into custody.

Oden admitted to punching the Taco Bell employee, so he was charged with Physical Harassment and then lodged at the Josephine County Jail without bail. Both he and the Door Dash driver were trespassed from Taco Bell.
