Grants Pass Police Collared State Fugitive during Redwood Highway Patrol
Grants Pass Police captured a fugitive wanted on a statewide felony warrant during a patrol check on Redwood Highway early yesterday.
According to the Police Department, officers arrested 38-year-old Ciera Michelle Lokken in the 200-block of US Highway 199 at 4:11 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said they spotted Lokken sleeping the backseat of a parked vehicle at that location and they knew she was wanted on an Oregon State warrant for Felony Patrol Violation stemming from a previous conviction for a weapons offense.
Ciera Lokken was placed into custody and lodged at the Josephine County Jail on a no-bail detainer.
