Construction Impacts Highland Avenue
Construction of a sewer lateral installation will impact traffic flow on Highland Avenue.
Beginning this morning and continuing through Thursday Highland Avenue between Copeland Drive and Pleasant View Drive will be down to one lane with flagger-controlled traffic, for a sewer lateral installation.
