One Person Injured in Caves Highway Collision Just Outside Cave Junction
One person was injured in a motor vehicle accident on Caves Highway near the City of Cave Junction early yesterday.
The Illinois Valley Fire District, American Medical Response and Oregon State Police were dispatched to the two-vehicle crash on State Route 46 at Laurel Road on Friday at 9:32 a.m..
IVFD officials said one person was transported by ambulance to Three Rivers Medical Center for what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries. No one else was hurt.
Caves Highway was shut down for only a few minutes. Jerry's Towing removed the vehicles from the crash scene.
The scene was turned over to OSP for an investigation.
