GP Police Snared Woman on Outstanding Warrants in Sunday Patrol Check

Grants Pass Police arrested a woman on two outstanding warrants during a weekend patrol check at a motel in the north part of the city.

According to the Police Department, officers contacted 22-year-old Priscilla Marie Pacheco in a car parked at the Grants Pass Travelodge at about 9:45 p.m. Sunday.

Police said they spotted Pacheco and knew that she was wanted on a Medford felony warrant for Methamphetamine Possession and Supplying Contraband as well as a Grants Pass warrant for failing to appear in court for 2nd-Degree Theft.

Pacheco initially refused to talk with police before being placed into custody. She was lodged at the Josephine County Jail.

During transport to the jail, officers said Pacheco's cell phone, identification card and beanie cap were left on the hood of the patrol car. The items fell off and were lost. Officers searched the area with no luck locating the items. She was notified.
