Deputies Snared Man on Local Warrant after Fight at Wolf Creek General Store

The Josephine County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on an outstanding warrant after a weekend disturbance at the Wolf Creek General Store.

According to the Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the reported disturbance involving 27-year-old Allen Totten Behrle at the store in the 300-block of Old Highway 99 on Sunday around 8:45 a.m..

Deputies said Behrle broke an item at the store and got into a fight with a worker who believed the suspect was "high on drugs." There was minimal damage and the employee requested the suspect be trespassed from the business.

After contacting Behrle near the store, deputies discovered that he was wanted on a Grants Pass warrant for failing to appear in court for Intimidation and Resisting Arrest.

Allen Behrle was transported to Grants Pass and lodged at the Josephine County Jail on the warrant. He was also trespassed from the Wolf Creek General Store for one year.
