Deputies Jailed Man on Statewide Warrant after Weekend Call at Parents' Home

The Josephine County Sheriff's Office jailed a man on a statewide felony warrant after a weekend disturbance at a home in the New Hope area.

The Sheriff's Office reports deputies arrested 35-year-old Lee Charles Conway for the incident at a home in the 200-block of Detrick Drive on Saturday at 11:14 a.m..

Deputies said Conway's parents called 9-1-1 to report that he was out of control and he left on foot prior to their arrival. His parents did not claim the incident to be physical, but they wanted their son to be trespassed from their residence.

After searching the area, deputies located Conway in the 200-block of Penny Lane and discovered that he was wanted on an Oregon State warrant for Parole Violation stemming from a past conviction for Felony 3rd-Degree Assault.

After the warrant was confirmed, Lee Conway was lodged at the Josephine County Jail on a no-bail detainer. He was also trespassed from his parent's home.
