Ex-Marine Gets New Attorney for Murder Trial
A 43-year old ex-marine, Bourne Huddleston, will get a new defense attorney for his trial to decide if he killed his 34 year old wife, Kristy. The trial is scheduled to begin this coming spring.
Huddleston faces 10 felony charges related to crime.
Authorities responded to Huddleston’s rural home on Pioneer Road following a 911 call reporting Kristy was bleeding at 2:10 a.m. on March 23rd. Police tracked Bourne to an Eagle Point residence where he was arrested without incident.
The couple’s 10-year-old son made the 911 call.
Bourne is being held in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
