G.P.D.P.S. Search Warrant Nets 4 Arrests & Heroin Seized
A search warrant served Wednesday morning at 1251 Oak View Drive by the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, supported by the SWAT Team and R.A.D.E. resulted in 4 arrests and the seizure of black tar heroin, marijuana, prescription medications and several firearms.
Arrested were Anthony M. Fortune, 26, for possession and delivery of heroin; Kelly Calcaterra, 37, for manufacture, possession and delivery of heroin; David W. Neumann, 25 for possession of vicodan; and Cassandra M. Banilla, 24, for possession of Percocet.
All were cited and released at the scene due to lack of resources at the Josephine County Jail.
