Jose Macias, indicted by a Jackson County Grand Jury on attempted murder and various other charges, has been arrested in Fresno, California.
The attempted murder charge came as the result of evidence presented to the Grand Jury on a shooting that took place in an apartment complex on Crater Lake Avenue March 27th of this year between the Surenos and Nortenos gang members.
The 21-year-old Macias was arrested by the Fresno Police after officers contacted him and discovered the Jackson County warrants. He was taken into custody without incident and is in the process of being extradited to face the Jackson County charges.
