District Seven set to vote on approval of Woodland Charter School

Grants Pass School District Seven is set to vote on the approval of the Woodland Charter School at noon Tuesday in the District’s administration building located at 725 N.E. Dean Drive.

The board was approached by Three Rivers School District who have been attempting to set up the school at the Seven-Day Adventist Church on Williams Highway. After the Three Rivers board approved the school they realized the location was within District Seven’s boundaries. If the District Seven board approves the school it will be allowed to operate until Dec. 31 of this year.

Other items on the agenda include the appointments for the Achievement Compact Advisory Committee and a report on the Kinder Plus program.
