Mayoral candidate suspends campaign due to illness
Grants Pass mayoral candidate Bill Turrell has announced that he is withdrawing from the upcoming election due to a prolonged illness.
It is too late for Turrell to remove his name from the ballot.
Darin Fowler, a current Grants Pass City Councilor, is the only other individual running for the position.
