Ryley Jeane Morgan Sentenced to 5+ Years in Prison
Ryley Jeane Morgan was sentenced to five years and ten months in prison this morning by Judge Thomas Hull after being found guilty of Robbery II(2), a measure eleven crime. She will also serve three years post prison supervision.
Morgan was also guilty of second degree theft, third degree robbery and recklessly endangering during robbery of Grange Coop when she tossed her infant child into the car seat without buckling it, while the child’s father, Jerry Burt Thornton, drove away with the vehicle’s doors still open.
All her sentences will run concurrently and she will pay restitution to Grange Coop.
