Jeremy L. Pippin, 35, of Rogue River, died Wednesday afternoon when the southbound 1957 Green Chevy pickup he was driving went off Redwood Avenue in the 4000 block and hit a tree.

G.P.D.P.S. Search Warrant Nets 4 Arrests & Heroin Seized
A search warrant served Wednesday morning at 1251 Oak View Drive by the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, supported by the SWAT Team and R.A.D.E. resulted in 4 arrests and the seizure of black tar heroin, marijuana, prescription medications and several firearms.

Commissioners Re-Affirm S.R.S. Allocation to Rogue Umpqua RAC
County Commissioners passed resolution 2012-033 in August allocating dedicated S.R.S. funds to the Rogue Umpqua Resource Allocation Committee earmarking the money for the Medford Tanker base, and during the Wednesday Business Session re-affirmed that decision.
