DUII Tip Leads to Arrest on Multiple Charges
Last night just before midnight 27-year-old Mark A. Grater was arrested on multiple charges based on a tip from a citizen who reported a possible DUII.
The tipster told authorities a small dark colored SUV was swerving and the driver may be intoxicated.
Deputies were on the vehicle quickly, but Grater failed to stop engaging in a low speed pursuit. Ten minutes following the caller’s tip Grater was in custody and facing charges of possession of meth, attempting to elude, Driving while revoked, and a post prison violation. Grater was also issued 5 additional citations.
