Second Body I.D.’d in Susan Monica Murder Case
Criminalists with the Oregon State Police Crime Lab have identified the remains of the second body found on Susan Monica’s property in January. The remains have been positively identified as Stephen Frank Delicino, age 59.
Delicino lived in the 7,000 block of Pleasant Creek Road in Wimer and worked as a handyman on Monica’s property.
Detectives believe Monica killed Stephen Delicino in the summer of 2012 and buried his remains on her property in the 9,100 block of West Evans Creek Road. He was never reported missing to police.
Monica is currently lodged in the Jackson County Jail on charges related to the murders of Delcino and Robert Harry Haney. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for September 8th.
