A business in the 1500 block of 7th Street had their shed broken into and eight to 10 bags of aluminum cans were stolen.
30-year-old Justin Wallace was jailed for a warrant and parole violation after complainants called police to report a man was yelling in the 1600 block of Webster Road.
Used syringes and other drug paraphernalia was located in the 1800 block of 6th Street.
Transients were ordered to clean up a transient camp in the 900 block of 6th Street.
A woman reported to Public Safety she was held against her will and beaten with a Mag-lite and a bar of soap in a pillow case at a residence on B Street. The woman was transported to Three Rivers Medical Center for treatment and detectives are investigating the incident.
Police tried to locate a male who pulled a switchblade and threatened to kill several people in the 400 block of M Street.
