Oregons own 234th Army Band will perform at Grants Pass High Schools Performing Arts Center on Friday, July 25th at 7pm. The show will feature concert classics, Sousa marches, swinging band, jazz and hot rock and roll. Admission is free. |

The Adventist Community Services, also known as Dorcas, has an extensive thrift store with affordable prices, featuring automotive, kitchen items, home decor and crafts, books and more. The O.S.U. Extension Service is offering a class on the importance of soil protection and the use of organic mulch. You will learn what the best materials are and when and how to apply them to your garden and trees. Pax Program of Academic Exchange seeks host families for exchange students. The Josephine County Movies in the Park program has announced the August movie line-up. August 1st will be Back to the Future. August 8th will be the Wizard of Oz. The Josephine County Sheriffs office is accepting applications for volunteer positions as a sheriff’s reserve deputy. Successful applicants will work with full time police officers investigating crime within Josephine County. Summer Children's Reading Program offered in Grants Pass
Children of all ages are invited to attend the Summer Childrens Reading Program sponsored by Josephine Community Libraries.
