JoCo Sheriff's Deputies Lodge Man on Out-of-County Warrant, Meth Charge
Josephine County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man wanted on an out-of-county warrant Thursday afternoon.
Law enforcement detained the suspect, Brad Witherell, in the 1800 block of Coyote Creek Road at 2:56 p.m. He was wanted on a warrant out of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office for Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
Witherell's vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded. He was given an additional charge of Felony Meth Possession, and lodged in jail.
