OSP Nabbed Motorist for Drugged Driving after US Highway 199 Stop in SW GP
The Oregon State Police arrested a motorist for drugged driving last night after receiving a traffic complaint on Redwood Highway in southwest Grants Pass.
According to OSP, troopers pulled over a Chevrolet Silverado pickup driven by 22-year-old Jordan Daniel Bedolla-Tinajero near milepost 2 of US Highway 199 on Thursday at 10 p.m..
Troopers said they stopped Bedolla-Tinajero for several traffic violations and he displayed signs of impairment. The suspect refused to participate in field sobriety tests, so a search warrant was obtained and he was transported to Three Rivers Medical Center for a legal blood draw that documented impairment by narcotics.
Bedolla-Tinajero was lodged at the Josephine County Jail for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substances and Reckless Driving. He was being held without bail and his pickup was impounded.
