One Motorist Hurt and Another Cited after Redwood Highway Crash in Selma
One motorist was hurt and another was cited after a weekend crash on Redwood Highway in Selma.
The Oregon State Police reports troopers and emergency personnel responded to the two-vehicle collision on US Highway 199 at Circle W Drive on Sunday shortly after 5 p.m..
Troopers said a preliminary investigation indicated a Chrysler sedan driven by 40-year-old Patrick Arthur Murphy of Cave Junction rear-ended a Subaru station wagon driven by 63-year-old Karen Glockling of Medford as she was waiting for a vehicle to turn.
According to OSP, Glockling complained of neck pain and she was treated at the scene. Murphy and Glockling's 65-year-old male passenger were not injured. Both vehicles were damaged, but neither was towed.
Following the investigation, Murphy was cited for unspecified traffic violations.
