GP Police Evicted Man for Creating Mounds of Trash & Debris at City Park
Grants Pass Police evicted a man for "trashing" his resting site in a city park last night.
During a 7:05 p.m. patrol check at Kesterson Park on NE Evelyn Avenue, officers contacted a man they identified as "Steven Carrier."
Carrier reportedly had two mounds of trash, debris and property in the park, which officers said detracted from the natural beauty of the area. They cited him to appear in court for Offensive Littering.
Carrier was issued a 30-day park exclusion and he was given until this morning to vacate the premises.
