GP Police Corralled Frequent Flyer for Boorish Behavior in the Redwood Area

Grants Pass Police arrested a well-known offender for his boorish behavior in the southwest part of the city late last week.

According to the Police Department, officers responded to an incident involving 22-year-old Xander Arthur Michael Strow in the 1300-block of SW David Drive on Friday shortly after 4 p.m..

Police said a woman called 9-1-1 and reported that Strow was refusing to leave after attempting to steal items off her deck. The woman advised he began getting aggressive with her by screaming in her face. She identified him as her partner's son.

Strow left the property and a short time later he caused another disturbance at the corner of Redwood Avenue and Hubbard Lane. He was placed into custody after his violent and tumultuous behavior generated another call for service. He was getting in other people's faces and yelling at them.

Strow was lodged at the Josephine County Jail for Disorderly Conduct and the resulting Felony Parole Violation. He was being held on a no-bail detainer.
