Public Meeting of IVFD Budget Committee Set for April 21st at CJ Station
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Illinois Valley Rural Fire Protection District to discuss the budget for the next fiscal year will be held in Cave Junction later this month.
The meeting is scheduled for April 21st at 3 p.m. at the IVFD Administration Building at 681 Caves Highway.
IVFD Chief John Holmes said the purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 15th by contacting the Administration Office at (541)-592-3159.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the IVFD Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the committee. For more information, visit "ivfire.com."
