Sheriff's Deputies Arrested Man on Local Warrant at Cave Junction Market
The Josephine County Sheriff's Office apprehended a man wanted on a local warrant in Cave Junction on Christmas Eve Day.
According to the Sheriff's Office, deputies located 57-year-old John Edward Johann at the Shop Smart store on West Watkins Street at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies said they had been looking for Johann, who was wanted on a Josephine County warrant for Probation Violation related to a recent arrest for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He was placed into custody without incident.
Johann was transported to Grants Pass and lodged in jail on $40,000 bail.
