GP Police Snared Woman for Breaking Window in Confrontation with Ex-Beau

Grants Pass Police arrested a woman early today for breaking a window during a confrontation with her ex-boyfriend.

The Police Department reports officers were alerted to the incident at a home in the 600-block of SE Grandview Avenue at 3:34 this morning.

Police said 32-year-old Ashlee K. Berry admitted to being there and getting into a confrontation with her ex-boyfriend. She told officers she picked up a flower pot that must have slipped out of her hand and broke the window.

According to the report, Berry was contacted at her residence in the 200-block of SW Rogue River Avenue about 15 minutes after the vandalism incident occurred.

Berry was lodged at the Josephine County Jail for 2nd-Degree Criminal Mischief. She was also trespassed from her ex-boyfriend's home.
