OSP Recovers Stolen Red BMW
A red BMW, flagged as stolen, was stopped and recovered by the Oregon State Police Saturday morning near milepost 28 of Highway 199.
According to the State Police report, it was apparent that the occupants of the BMW were unaware the vehicle was stolen as they had purchased the vehicle from a person facilitated in a deal by a family member.
The family member has been interviewed and was not cooperative in the investigation. Charges of possession of a stolen vehicle was referred to the District Attorney’s office.
The BMW was towed to Jerry’s Towing lot.
