Sheriff's Deputies Apprehended 2 Statewide Fugitives in One Day This Week

The Josephine County Sheriff's Office apprehended two statewide fugitives on the same day this week.

The Sheriff's Office report the first incident occurred late Wednesday morning when deputies arrested 32-year-old Timothy Rain Davis in the 200-block of West Watkins Street in Cave Junction.

Deputies said Davis was wanted on an Oregon State warrant for Parole Violation stemming from a robbery conviction. He was lodged at the Josephine County Jail on a no-bail detainer.

The second incident occurred on Wednesday night when deputies arrested 39-year-old Jennifer Susan Condon in the 2600-block of Williams Highway in Grants Pass.

Condon was wanted on an Oregon State warrant for Parole Violation related to a conviction for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. She was lodged in jail on a no-bail detainer.
