Late Night Disturbance in Downtown GP Led to Arrest of Man on Warrant
A late night disturbance in downtown Grants Pass led to the arrest of a well-known criminal offender on a local felony warrant.
Grants Pass Police responded to a male subject yelling at the corner of SE 6th and G streets on Monday at 11:08 p.m..
Officers contacted a 30-year-old man whom they knew from numerous police contacts. A routine records check showed that he was wanted on a Grants Pass felony warrant for failing to appear in court for Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
The suspect was placed into custody and lodged in jail on the outstanding warrant.
