Sheriff’s Office Monday incidents
A travel trailer was destroyed by a transient’s cigarette which started a fire in the 2500 block of Merlin Road.
30-year-old Honey June Walsh was arrested in the 200 block of Schumacher Street on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, giving false identification to a police officer and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
59-year-old Jimmy Richard Delzell was lodged in the Josephine County Jail on a charge of second-degree assault for kicking a man in the face multiple times at 112 S. Redwood Highway in Cave Junction.
Three transients were asked to move along and a runaway was transferred to the custody of their grandparent after the group was contacted by deputies at the Cave Junction County Building.
A home was burgled in the 700 block of Rainbow Drive.
Subjects broke into a garage in the 3000 block of Elk Lane and stole various items.
