Civilian Vehicle Turns in Front of Medford Police Car with Overheads Flashing; Collision & Citation Resulted.
A Medford Police Officer, hurrying to assist another Officer, had the overhead lights on the cruiser flashing when 24-year-old Shubin Bradley turned in front of the emergency vehicle.
The police vehicle was going west on West Main Street at around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday when Bradly attempted to turn her 2003 Pontiac Vibe left from the far right lane, trying to get to Washington Street.
The officer veered in an attempt to avoid the collision but the front of the police car struck the side of Bradley’s Pontiac. Both cars were heavily damaged and Bradley was cited for an improper turn.
