Judge Hull Sends Two Men to Prison
Judge Thomas Hull sent two men to prison Thursday after both pleaded guilty to numerous charges.
67-year old Robert Lee Hicks pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and unlawful possession of methamphetamine while a criminal driving while suspended was dismissed. He will serve 25 months in prison and undergo 2 years of post-prison supervision. His driverís license was revoked for life.
James Dillon Card, 21, was sentenced to 22 months after admitting guilt on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief in the second degree.
