City Councilorís To Choose New Council President
The Grants Pass City Council will begin their Wednesday night meeting at six in Council Chambers at 101 Northwest A Street, by selecting a new president to serve for 2014.
The Council has a public hearing scheduled on an Ordinance amending the cityís sign standards.
The Council is slated to act on a resolution approving project applications for funds from the Surface Transportation Program and Congestion Mitigation Air Quality funds through the recently formed Metropolitan Planning Organization.
They will also consider a resolution adjusting the water and wastewater system development charges that automatically increased on January 1st when the temporary reduction of the charges that was instituted in 2006 expired.
Two ordinances dealing with development agreements are also listed for council action.
