Korbulic to Appear on NatGeo This Afternoon
2004 Grants Pass High graduate Chris Korbulic will appear as part of a National Geographic television program, ”Maneater of the Congo” this afternoon at 4:00.

The Rogue Valley native travels the world filming and participating in various kayaking adventures and helped produce the program along with his partner Ben Stookesberry.

The show deals with the aftermath of the December 2010 death of Kendri Coetzee of Uganda who was with Korbulic and Stookesberry when he was pulled from their boat by a 15 foot crocodile on the Lukuga River.

The original quest was to locate and capture the croc that killed Coetzee.

NatGeo is on channel 54 on Charter, 186 on Dish and 276 on DirecTV.
