14 year old Starla Carrero, reported missing Saturday, was found safe 7:40 Monday evening at a residence in the 100 block of Wells Road in Central Point.

Earlier in the day FBI Agents and Medford detectives returned to the skate park to interview possible witnesses and talked with 19 year old Kody Liston. They confirmed Liston was one of the males Carrero was last seen talking with, but Liston denied any knowledge her whereabouts. He also could not provide an address.

A possible address for Liston was later discovered and authorities responded to a trailer on Wells Road where detectives found Liston, Carrero and a 17 year old male smoking marijuana.

Liston was arrested for providing marijuana to a minor and custodial interference by keeping her at his residence knowing she was a missing juvenile.

The investigation revealed Carrero voluntarily ran away.
