Suspect faces assault charges after DUII crash
The suspect in a DUII crash that left several people injured has been jailed on charges of second-degree assault, DUII and reckless driving.

According to a release from the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, 29-year-old Nathan Flores was intoxicated while driving southbound Saturday just before 9:00 p.m. on Redwood Highway at the intersection of Ringuette Street when he collided into the rear end of a car. The victim vehicle lurched forward and struck a third vehicle in the rear.

Four individuals, including Flores, were transported to Three Rivers Medical Center with various injuries including complaints of minor cuts and back, hip and neck pain.
