More information has been released on a hit and run that occurred at approximately 8:22 p.m. Monday at the intersection of E. Park Street and 7th Street in Grants Pass.

A police log indicates the victim vehicle, a 1994 two-door green Toyota Tacoma, was in the second lane of 7th Street and turning onto Park Street when the suspect vehicle, a silver four-door Oldsmobile Alero or some similar vehicle, ran a red light and slammed into the passenger side of the Tacoma rolling it.

The driver of the Tacoma was uninjured and witnesses say the suspect vehicle sped away northbound on 7th Street after the accident.

Police are looking for the silver four-door car that officers say would have visible front-end and hood damage.
