Public Safety officers responded to the incident that occurred at approximately 7:52 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Redwood Avenue and Waterstone where Jake Forest was giving 45-year-old Julie Michelle Kost a ride. According to a probable cause affidavit filed in court, Kost became upset at Forest, grabbed the steering wheel and attempted to steer the car into oncoming traffic.
