An alleged rapist was arraigned in Josephine County Circuit Court today by Judge Pat Wolke.

Court documents accuse 23-year-old Jacob D. Parsons of having a sexual relationship with a girl under the age of 14 on Nov. 15, 2009, and Jan. 1, 2010.

Parsons is charged with second-degree rape and is being held in the Josephine County Jail on $50,000 bail.
