Report of $15,000 in stolen jewelry received by Sheriff’s Office
The Josephine County Sheriff’s Office received a report Tuesday from a complainant who informed authorities over $15,000 in jewelry and other property was stolen from their residence on Siebert Way in Grants Pass sometime last Saturday night or Sunday morning.

The jewelry included a ruby ring, turquoise ring, jade ring, gold ring and four diamond rings valued at a total of approximately $15,000. Additionally, a laptop was stolen valued at approximately $400 and a truck in the driveway was broken into however nothing was stolen.

A report for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft has been filed.
