BLM Seeking Public Input on Outdoor Recreation
The Bureau of Land Management wants to hear what the public likes about outdoor recreation and what areas are their favorite, how often they are visited.

The information will be used in an effort to revise the Bureau’s resource management plan. The focus is on wild and scenic river use as well as recreational sites, both disbursed and officially recognized.

The agency will host a workshop on recreation from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 29th, at the Medford Interagency office at 3040 Biddle Road.

There is a web-based interactive site to gather additional input at www.blm.gov before February 18th.
