Suspected Drug Overdose Claims 3rd Ashland Man
A 25-year old Ashland man was found dead Tuesday of a suspected drug overdose, the third drug related death in Ashland in six weeks.

Maxwell “Max” Pinsky was found in a home in the 4000 block of Clayton Road south of Ashland after 911 received a call at 4:55 p.m.

Jackson County Spokesperson Andrea Carlson said the cause of death could not be confirmed because toxicology reports can take six to eight weeks to complete.

Relatives said Max was a friend of Jordan Roth who was found dead December 4th of a suspected heroin overdose. That was 24 hours after another Ashland man, Colin McKean was found dead also from a suspected heroin overdose.
