S.O.S. Delivers Survey Numbers to Councilors
Pat Fahey of the Securing Our Safety citizens committee delivered to city councilors the results of the surveys the committee conducted.
Almost 1,000 surveys were returned.

County wide 53.56% said yes to sales tax; 68.19% said yes to property tax and 52.67% said yes to consolidating law enforcement agencies.

A yes answer for the type of tax means the surveyed individual answered yes to at least one version of that tax.

A break out of County voters versus City voters generally followed the same percentages with the exception of the consolidation question. 60.4% of county voters said yes to consolidation while 57.31 % of city voters said no.
