The Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation awarded $425,539 to 58 nonprofit organizations in Southern Oregon including $20,000 to two Josephine County groups.

St. Vincent de Paul Our Lady of the Valley Council received $10,000 for emergency good, rent and utilities for the needy in Josephine County.

The Women’s Crisis Support Team also received $10,000 to support a family resources advocate serving victims of domestic violence.
