Back to the 50s Street Closures
The Back to the 50s car cruise will take place on 6th and 7th Streets Saturday night, forcing traffic to be detoured at 6th and A Streets. Northbound traffic on 7th Street will be closed at M Street to A Street. The street closure will start at 6:00 pm and the route will be closed until 9:30 pm. Drivers are encouraged to utilize the Parkway Bridge and 4th Street for access south of the river

50s Celebration No Parking Areas, Porta-Potti Locations & Rules
The following areas will be posted no parking from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm:
6th Street between A and L Streets
7th Street between A and M Streets
G Street between 4th and 9th Streets
B Street between 6th and 7th
C Street between 6th and 7th
L Street between 6th and 7th
K Street between 6th and 7th
Any vehicles left in the cruise route may be towed at the owners expense.

Authorities say a description of the Medford Serial Arsonist may have finally been given

According to Medford Police officials, a witness reported seeing a man crouching down in the 400 block of South Fir Street on Wednesday morning, where a small, intentionally set fire ignited. The suspect fled the scene, but officials describe him as a slender white male with shoulder-length hair, standing about 5-feet 10-inches tall.
